There aren't enough words to accurately express how wonderful it was to work with Tiffany. She helped me with the sale of one house and the purchase of another. You will not find anyone better at marketing, promoting, and socializing your home to get the most interest in a short amount of time. We had our first open house the same week we listed and we were getting interest in the home in the first few days, even in this market! She is also phenomenal at working behind the scenes, advocating for you and making the process as smooth as possible. I kept asking and wondering if I was missing something because it felt "too easy". I thought there had to be more to it! In fact, there is a lot of work to do but Tiffany is tirelessly managing most of that behind the scenes and never once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed by it all. If anything, I made her job harder with all of my random texts and calls, asking "Dumb questions". And since I am not from this area originally, she helped me find painters and help from local resources and contractors. Good help that I wouldn't have found on my own. Definitely above and beyond! She is patient, extremely kind, thoughtful and very professional. She is a VERY strong advocate for her clients and doesn't fill your head with false hopes. She researches the markets, presents all the information and will guide you to a successful sale. During a very stressful time in my life, I was so worried about this process and if my house would sell at all. Tiffany delivered! OH! And did I mention that we did this over the holiday season and during the craziest storms that California has seen since 1995! It was absolutely bananas and Tiffany's support was unyielding.
